There were a lot of offers extended tonight by Pitt and Penn State. One of the offers by James Frankln was to a local player.
While making a visit to State College, Aliquippa 2018 safety Kwantel Raines (6-3, 190) received an offer from Penn State.
“It was a great day. They showed me around the campus and took me to the field and I watched their practice. The coaching staff showed a lot of hospitality as soon as i came in then at the end of the day I talked to Coach Franklin and he told me the news”, said Raines.
**Over the last couple of weeks, the Pitt coaching staff hasn’t offered many prospects. That changed today as Pat Narduzzi and his staff have offered at least 3 players.
- Ayinde Eley is a 2017 3-star OLB/SS from Olney, Maryland. Along with Pitt, Eley also has offers from West Virginia, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Penn State, North Carolina, Nebraska, Michigan State and Iowa
- KJ Henry is a 2018 DE/TE from Clemmons, North Carolina. Along with Pitt, Henry has offers from Duke, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, NC State, North Carolina and Clemson.
- Malik Vann is a 2018 DE from Fairfield, Ohio. Along with Pitt, Vann has 5 other Power 5 offers.
