Pitt fans can officially start planning now for the Penn State game because the kickoff time has been set.
The first meeting between Pitt and Penn State since 2000 will take place at Heinz Field on September 10 with a kickoff at Noon. The game will be televised by either ABC or ESPN.
Pitt also announced that kickoff for the season opener vs. Villanova will be at 1:30 PM. The game will be shown on ESPN3.
Also, the Thursday night game against Virginia Tech on October 27 will be televised by ESPN and will kickoff at 7 PM.
